After driving from Texas, we were tired and craving a “Chicago style pizza”. Rosati’s hit the spot. I was a little shocked at the price but once the pies came it was clear we had over-ordered. A large and medium stuffed crust feeds an army! Seriously, a small stuffed crust would have fed all 4 of us. Delicious and very nice people on the phone.

Another familiar pizza place with locations in Illinois and Indiana, Rosati’s is a solid choice. They consistently put out a quality and memorable pizza no matter what crust type you choose. I went with thin crust and as usual, it didn’t disappoint. What I like most about Rosati’s is the crust. It’s a flour base with a buttery finish….Rosati’s is one of those spots that I’ll never hesitate to get back-to-back pizza orders.

I am from the northside of Chicago, and moved to the NW suburbs 38 years ago, we were SO happy Rosati’s opened all over the suburbs with REAL Chicago pizza. Now in Suwanee Georgia, I have a Rosati’s not far from us! You can take the girl out of Chicago but you can’t take the Chicago out of the girl. GREAT pizza, Italian beefs, and hotdogs! Best pizza in Encinitas hands down!!! Really great service and decently priced. I’m a sauce girl and they nail it here along with the ranch dressing. Both perfecto!!! My husband likes deep dish and I like a thinner crust. Here we both get our way. They have lots of beers on tap and a nice variety of wine. Tuesday they have live music. This has definitely been added to my rotation of places I like to hang at.

Rosati’s has so many options and not enough time to try all of them! If you love pizza and many different kinds of pizza, they have so many options and styles of crust available. All have been delicious! You also can’t go wrong with any of the appetizers either. Just pick one at random and order. They’re all good. If you aren’t feeling pizza for dinner, there are other options such as ravioli or pastas. This a great place for the whole family.

Heard about the new Pizza place in town, “Rosati’s.” Couldn’t resist stopping in on Saturday to pick up a small pizza and a Italian beef sandwich. I just received a large last minute order moments ago. Another restaurant lost our order and I needed lunch for 20 people for a meeting which had already started. When I called Rosati’s the gentleman who answered the phone was pleasant, extremely helpful and very fast. I expected at least a 45 minute to an hour wait for a last minute lunch time delivery, our food was here in 30 minutes. I have no idea if that is typical, but it was a LIFE SAVER today. The food looked and tasted wonderful, I will definitely be ordering from them again and will enthusiastically recommend them to others in my company.
