You don’t get inducted into the Pizza Hall of Fame by faking it. Rosati’s is doing pizza the traditional Chicago way. Every piece of every recipe is original, ensuring one-of-a-kind dishes from a one-of-a-kind family.
Rosati’s offers Chicago-style, thin-crust, and double-dough pizzas made in ovens specifically designed for our unique crispy crust. We also serve a wide variety of Italian pasta dishes including “Build Your Own” Pasta. Chicago-style sandwiches are on the menu including: Italian beef, the Rosati’s Cheef, along with meatball and chicken parmigiana sandwiches. For a healthier alternative, Rosati’s offers a variety of salads. Gourmet desserts are also available.

The dough blend is mixed just for us with our own unique flour that is made from a high protein, high quality wheat grown only in the Midwest.
The bold sauce is made from a secret family recipe – resulting in a flavorful combination of herbs and spices. The tomatoes used in our sauces are grown specifically for us in the great central valley of California.
We use only the freshest Wisconsin Mozzarella for our pizza, pastas, sandwiches and salads from one of the state’s oldest facilities.
Our sausage is made fresh daily in Chicago using the Rosati’s family recipe that goes back over 50 years.
Our vegetables are delivered fresh daily and our olives are grown specifically for us in California.
Our pastas are imported from Tuscany, Italy.
The Rosati’s Sports Pubs serve private label wine bottled at California vineyards (wine not available at all locations).
