Pizza Prep Cook

The pizza prep cook is responsible for creating and cooking pizzas. He or she will prep a variety of ingredients used in creating a pizza using a variety of equipment and utensils.

Responsibilities

  • Complete opening and closing checklists.
  • Refer to Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
  • Prepare menu items/pizza according to established procedures.
  • Make sure pizza oven is working properly at all times.
  • Ensure pizzas are put in the oven on time.
  • Ensure quality of pizza.
  • Follow First In, First Out.
  • Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.

They will maintain a high level of service, ensuring that all products served meet Rosati's Pizza specifications. The server will also assist in the cleanliness and organization of the pub and service areas. Previous experience in a sports pub is a plus.

Responsibilities

The busser is responsible for working directly with the servers, clearing patrons’ tables and wiping tables down after customers leave. 

Responsibilities

  1. Clear tables of dishware
  2. Make sure all tubs of dirty dishes are dropped in the kitchen for the dishwasher
  3. Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full
  4. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table
  5. Restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs (when necessary)
