Other Web Site Analytics Services. Subject to your opt-out preferences (see “What Choices Do Users Have?” below), we use third party service providers such as Google Analytics to provide certain analytics and user interactions services to Rosati’s in connection with our operation of our Platform, including the collection and tracking of certain data and information regarding the characteristics and activities of visitors to its site. You may opt-out of Google Analytics’ and Mixpanel’s cookies using Opt-Out Features on their respective websites.
By using the Sites you accept the use of cookies described in this Policy. You can disable or delete cookies by changing the preferences on your Device browser. Disabling cookies may, prevent you from using some of the features on the Sites. Please note cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. We use third-party tracking services that may use cookies to provide non-personally identifiable information and services on our Sites. These tracking services collect information about our users to assist with analysis and targeted advertising. Our Third-Party Service Providers, who are the Processors of the information, (“Third-Party Service Providers”) may use pixel tags or web beacons to control the automated collection of Non-PII. However, we do not now knowingly give permission to Third-party providers for them to have the right to share your PII that we have shared with them as apart of the services they provide to us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. BUSINESS TRANSFERS. We may engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding that involves the transfer of the information described in this Policy. In such transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if we sell or transfer a business unit or assets to another company, in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy proceeding, or as part of any other similar business transfer, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur.

Once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over the other website. You can also opt out of the collection of certain information collected by mobile applications by changing your setting preferences on your mobile device. You may restrict information we, and other websites, collect through the use of cookies by changing the preferences on your device browser to disable or delete cookies. 11. CHANGES IN POLICY. The information we collect through or on our Sites is covered by the privacy policy in effect at the time the information is collected. We may amend or revise this Policy from time-to-time. Any revised or amended policies will be posted on our Sites and will reflect the date it was last updated. The current Privacy Policy Effective Date is November 25, 2024.
12. USERS OUTSIDE THE USA. Our application and database servers or third-party providers may be located with Amazon Cloud Services in the United States. Amazon Cloud Services has certified with the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks. If you are an individual located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada or another jurisdiction outside of the United States with laws and regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be aware that information we collect (including through the use of methods such as cookies and other web technologies) will be processed and stored in the United States or in other countries where we or our third-party services providers have operations. By submitting your personal information to us and using Rosati’s, you expressly consent to having your personal data transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or another jurisdiction which may not offer the same level of privacy protection as those in the country where you reside or are a citizen.
13. CALIFORNIA DISCLOSURES. California Information-Sharing Disclosure. California residents may request a list of all third parties with respect to which we have disclosed any information about you for direct marketing purposes and the categories of information disclosed. Do Not Track. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals as there is no consistent industry standard for compliance.
